1. According to the procedure of implementation of measures of assistance of employment, return of the funds allocated for financing of such actions in case of violation of employment securities for internally displaced persons, No. 696 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 8, 2015 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 74, Art. 2443; 2017, No. 100, Art. 3074; 2020, No. 23, Art. 891; 2026, No. 10, Art. 799):
Item 11 after the paragraph of the twelfth to add 1) with new paragraphs of the following content:
"The jobcenter in case of filing of application with violation of the requirements established by paragraph one of this Item makes the decision on leaving of the statement without movement and sends to the employer the adequate written notice within three working days from the date of receipt of the statement, and in case of the personal appeal of employer or person authorized by it with such statement - immediately on receipt the specified notification (whenever possible) hands to person who submitted the application it is direct in jobcenter.
