About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus concerning delivery of fruit and vegetable products for republican state needs

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 11, 2025 No. 232 "About features of delivery of fruit and vegetable products for republican state needs" the following changes:
in Item 1:

JSC Belagroprombank and JSC ASB Belarusbank (further - banks) provide to suppliers * for advance payment (advance payments) of fruit and vegetable products **, except for cucumbers and tomatoes, under delivery agreements of fruit and vegetable products from stabilization funds of goods for republican state needs (further - the delivery agreement) for the interseasonal period *** the credits for a period of up to one year in the amount of no more than 30 percent of its cost specified in the delivery agreement, including tax value added (further - the credits).";

2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
