I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the acting minister of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 6, 2023 No. 563 "About approval of Rules basic and program target financing of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities, grant financing of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities and commercialization of results of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities, financing of the scientific organizations performing basic scientific research" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 33613) the following change:
in Rules basic and program target financing of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities, grant financing of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities and commercialization of results of scientific and (or) scientific and technical activities, financing of the scientific organizations performing the basic scientific research approved by the specified order:
the fourth Item 45 to state part in the following edition:
"The center of examination sends solutions of NNS to authorized body till February 1 of the year previous planned".
2. To provide to committee of science of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of science and the higher education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
