"693. Installation of charging infrastructure of electric vehicles in the territory of multifuel gas station is allowed in case of observance of the following conditions:
1) the platform for placement of electrofuel station and posts for the parking of electric vehicles shall be designed only on platforms (pedestals) having higher geodetic marks concerning earth level in zone of placement of the reservoir park of the liquefied hydrocarbon gases, nodes of discharge of the liquefied hydrocarbon gases and fuel-dispensing column of liquid fuel. The difference of elevation marks between the platform of electrofuel station and the lowest points of placement of the gas equipment of multifuel gas station shall constitute at least 150 mm;
