For the purpose of ensuring food security of the country and stabilization of market prices of food products, according to Item 2 of article 34-1 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, Articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About goods, liable to the value added tax at the rate zero (0) percent, the food security of the country and stabilization of market prices applied for the purpose of providing" of April 30, 2022 No. 249 the following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in preamble of the word "according to Item 2 of part 2 of Article 34" "according to Item 2 of Article 34-1";
Subitems 1 and 2 of Item 1 to state 2) in the following edition:
"1) for leviable import of grain (code of the CN FEA EEU 1001) imported on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- Fund of the state material reserves under the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Fund) for the purposes of Fund or delivery to the address of the producer of flour for own production;
- producer of flour for own production or delivery to the address of Fund or other producer of flour;
2) on leviable supply of grain (code of the CN FEA EEU 1001), performed to Fund and/or producer of flour;";
