About some questions in the field of provision of pensions
For the purpose of updating of the list of the settlements located in the conditions of highlands in which work grants the right to preferential provision of pensions according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of the settlements located in mountain zones of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 23, 2025 No. 692 the following change:
- add with Item 1-1 of the following content:
"1-1. Determine that the List of the settlements located in mountain zones of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by this resolution is applied also in case of purpose of pensions on the national social insurance.".

3. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since January 1, 2027.
