1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for determination of the size of the average monthly salary for calculation of the income tax and insurance premiums on the national social insurance" of August 23, 2024 No. 497 the following change:
according to the procedure of determination of the size of the average monthly salary for calculation of the income tax and insurance premiums on the national social insurance, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add Item 2 with the subitem 3 following of content:
"3) the size of the average monthly salary on the republic for the previous calendar year for calculation of voluntary payment of insurance premiums according to Item 1 of article 10 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About rates of insurance premiums on the national social insurance" the physical persons performing labor activity abroad.".
