About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning venture funding

Bring in part I of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80) the following changes:
1) in Article 122:
a) state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. The legal status of the complete companions participating in partnership in commendam, and their responsibility are determined by obligations of partnership by rules of this Code about participants of complete partnership, except for the complete companions participating in partnership in commendam of venture funds.";
b) the paragraph one of Item 3 to state in the following edition:
"3. Person can be the complete companion only in one partnership in commendam, except for complete companions in partnership in commendam of venture funds.";
c) add with Item 6 of the following content:
"6. For the purposes of activities of venture funds partnerships in commendam of venture funds can be created. Rules of this Code about complete partnership, and also the basic rules about partnership in commendam are not applied to partnership in commendam of venture funds. Features of regulation of partnerships in commendam of venture funds are established by this Code and the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.";
To add 2) with Articles 126-1 - 126-5 following contents:
"Article 126-1. Partnerships in commendam of venture funds
1. The venture fund can be created in the form of partnership in commendam of venture fund. The trade name of partnership in commendam of venture funds shall contain the name of partnership or name (name) of one complete companion and the word "venture fund".
2. Rules of this Code about complete partnership are not applied to partnership in commendam of venture funds.
3. Person can be the complete companion in several partnerships in commendam of venture funds.
