About modification and the amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan aimed at the development of creative economy

In recent years in our country the large-scale work directed to stimulation of the creative industry, innovative development of our economy, transformation of creative potential in this sphere in economic value, creation of new workplaces in this sphere, support of creative initiatives of youth and entrepreneurs is carried out.
At the same time ensuring consecutive development of creative economy requires creation for subjects of this sphere of even more favorable conditions, the stimulating mechanisms and provision of privileges.
This Law to some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan makes the changes and additions providing separate tax benefits for the specialists involved to the projects realized by Fund of cultural development and art, and also residents of the Park of the creative industry.
Also eases in case of acceptance of the newly created (registered) subjects in the field of the creative industry as residents of the Park of the creative industry are created, the possibility of implementation of the expenses connected with the organization and holding actions for culture and art of the international and interstate level, for direct agreements is created.
This Law will serve expansion of international cooperation in the field of the creative industry, to improvement of quality and the scale of cultural actions, to eminence of cultural image of our country on the international scene.
