In recent years in our country number of reforms on strengthening of social protection of children, providing the rights and freedoms, and also legitimate interests of the women who were affected by violence is performed.
At the same time for the purpose of further strengthening of protection of the rights of the child there is need of fixing for the existing legal acts of accounting of the best interests of the child in case of the solution of any question concerning the child and also strengthenings of bases of the state protection of the rights and interests of the women who were affected by violence.
This Law makes changes and additions to some legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan providing fixing of concept of the best interests of the child and their accounting in case of the solution of any question concerning the child, provision to the National agency of social protection in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and to the organizations in its system of powers for presentation in courts of statements, claims and claims for the benefit of persons which were affected by oppression and violence, and also their minor children without payment of the state fee and to participation in judicial sessions and also the fact that the placement of persons which were affected by oppression and violence to the special centers is the basis for issue of leaf of temporary disability by it for a period of up to one month.
This Law will serve full ensuring the best interests of the child, further strengthening of social protection of the women who were affected by oppression and violence and their children.
