About introduction of amendments to articles 7 and 17 of the Federal law "About the Territories of the Advancing Development in the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2014 No. 473-FZ "About the territories of the advancing development in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 1, Art. 26; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4183; 2019, No. 30, Art. 4156; 2022, No. 1, Art. 46; No. 29, Art. 5238; 2023, No. 12, Art. 1897; 2025, No. 31, Art. 4639) following changes:

1) in Article 7:

a) in paragraph one shall be replaced with words the word "Representative" "1. Representative";

b) add with part 2 following of content:

"2. Concerning the territories of the advancing development created in the territories of the closed administrative-territorial educations including in the territories of the closed administrative-territorial educations which are the monoprofile municipalities of the Russian Federation (monotowns) included in the list approved by the Government of the Russian Federation, except for the territories of the advancing development located in the territories of the Far Eastern Federal District and the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation the authorized federal body performs the powers provided by Items 2, of 4, of 6, 7 and 11 parts of 1 this Article.";

Part 4 of article 17 after figures "8 - 10" to add 2) with the words "parts 1".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
