Article 1

Bring in article 5 of the Federal Law of August 3, 2018 No. 290-FZ "About the international companies and the international funds" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 32, Art. 5083; No. 53, Art. 8411; 2019, No. 48, Art. 6739; 2021, No. 9, Art. 1464; No. 27, Art. 5187; 2022, No. 13, Art. 1961; 2023, No. 32, Art. 6184; 2024, No. 1, Art. 17; No. 33, Art. 5001) following changes:

Part 6 in paragraph one the word of "two" to replace 1) with the word of "fifteen";

2) Item 2 of part 8 to add with words ", emergence of reasonable doubts concerning reliability of the provided data";

Part 14 after words of "the personal law" to add 3) with words "(according to the procedure of redomitsilyation, forced exception of the register of foreign legal entities, liquidation and on other bases)";

Shall be replaced with words 4) regarding 14.3-1 word "one year" "two years";

To add 5) with part 14.5 following of content:

"14.5. In case of application or threat of application concerning the foreign legal entity, including before its registration as the international company, and (or) the relevant international company, their shareholders (participants) and (or) beneficiaries of the rationing arrangements entered by foreign states and (or) the international organizations which make concerning the Russian Federation, the Russian legal entities and citizens of the Russian Federation unfriendly actions, Russian Government Commission on Foreign Investments according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation having the right to make the decision on recognition on the foreign legal entity who became the international company observed the requirement provided by part 14 of this Article.".
