Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 3rd Article 18 of the word "according to requirements of the Water code of the Russian Federation" "with use stipulated by the legislation about geodesy and cartography of systems of coordinates";
2) in Article 33.3:
a) regarding 2 words "fishing site" shall be replaced with words "borders of the fishing site, its area and (or) length";
b) to state Item 1 of part 4 in the following edition:
"1) implementation of artificial reproduction of anadromous species of fish according to article 45 of this Federal Law in the presence of recommendations of the scientific organizations subordinated to federal executive body in the field of fishery, in cases if the fishing site is allocated on internal water object in which there pass ways of migration of anadromous species of fish which artificial reproduction is provided with the federal state budgetary institutions subordinated to federal executive body in the field of fishery, or in internal sea waters into which the specified internal water object falls, at distance from their mouth in both parties and towards internal sea waters, determined in recommendations of the specified scientific organizations;";
