1) Item 16 of article 2 after words "non-profit organization" to add with the words "international (intergovernmental) organization (including branch or representative office of the international (intergovernmental) organization)";

Part 4 of Article 13 to add 2) with words ", except as specified, established by part 6.1 of article 15 of this Federal Law";

3) in Article 14:

a) to state Item 2 of part 2 in the following edition:

"2) surname and (or) name, middle name (if is available) - for physical persons, the name, the address in the territory of the Russian Federation and (or) the location outside the territory of the Russian Federation - for the legal entities, the international (intergovernmental) organizations and state bodies included in the list provided by part 6 of article 8 of this Federal Law and other information allowing to identify the certificate holder of key of verification of the digital signature;";
