1. 8) the outline sketch approved with local executive bodies for architecture and town planning of the capital, the cities of republican value, the cities of regional value, areas;";
5) of Item 1 of Appendix 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"5) the architectural and planning task issued by local executive body (the capitals, the cities of republican value, the cities of regional value, areas) for architecture, town planning and construction on condition of change of appearance (facades) and (or) re-planning of the territory of the existing object;";
5) and 6) of Item 1 of Appendix 5 to state subitems in the following edition:
