About modification of some regulations (strengthening of gender balance in governing bodies of societies which shares are admitted to trading in the controlled market)

This law shifts the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2022/2381 of November 23, 2022 about strengthening of gender balance among managing companies which shares are admitted to organized trading and collateral measures, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 315/44 of December 7, 2022, CELEX: 32022L2381.
Art. I. - In the Join-stock companies law No. 1134/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, Art. No. 372-382, 341), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. To add harmonization formula after the words "This Law:" with words:
"-shifts the Directive of the European parliament and Council (EU) 2022/2381 of November 23, 2022 about strengthening of gender balance among managing companies which shares are admitted to organized trading and collateral measures, published in the Official magazine of the European Union by L 315/44 of December 7, 2022, CELEX: 32022L2381;".
2. Part (Article 8 to state 1) in the following edition:
"(1) Management of society is implemented according to the dualistic management system providing separate implementation of management functions and supervision in society by the following governing bodies:
a) general shareholder meeting (supreme body of management);
b) council of society (supervision body);
c) executive body.".
3. Add the Section IV with Chapter 11-1 of the following content:
"Chapter 11-1. Strengthening of gender balance in governing bodies of societies which shares are admitted to trading in the controlled market
