About change of article 4 of the Law on the organization and functioning of Audit Chamber of the Republic of Moldova No. 260/2017

Art. I. - Article 4 of the Law on the organization and functioning of Audit Chamber of the Republic of Moldova No. 260/2017 (2018, 18), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 1-6, in the following edition:
"Article 4. Budget of Audit Chamber
(1) Activities of Audit Chamber are financed from the government budget.
(2) the Audit Chamber has own budget which it approves and which manages independently according to legislation provisions.
(3) the Audit Chamber develops the budget statement of organization according to part provisions (5) article 51 of the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181/2014.
(4) the Audit Chamber represents the budget statement of organization of the profile parliamentary commission responsible for consideration of the draft of the government budget which takes out the obligatory conclusion according to the budget statement of Audit Chamber. By consideration of the Ministry of Finance project represents to the profile parliamentary commission the advisory proceeding.
(5) the Audit Chamber submits to the Government the approved budget of organization in time provided by budget calendar for its inclusion in the draft of the government budget which is subject to representation to Parliament on approval.
(6) By consideration of the draft of the government budget Ministry of Finance by Parliament represents to the profile parliamentary commission responsible for consideration of the draft of the government budget, the motivated advisory proceeding for the budget of Audit Chamber, at the same time the final decision on it is made only by Parliament.
(7) the Audit Chamber has the right to address to Parliament in case of insufficiency of allocated funds for execution of powers. The profile parliamentary commission responsible for consideration of the draft of the government budget considers the appeal of Audit Chamber within the procedure of introduction of amendments to the annual budget law with observance of provisions of this Article.".
