About introduction of amendments to the Law on procedure for accomplishment by time-workers of odd unskilled works No. 22/2018 (digitalization of the Register of accounting of time-workers)

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on procedure for accomplishment by time-workers of odd unskilled works No. 22/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 68-76, 147), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Parts (2) and (Article 1 to state 3) in the following edition:

"(2) Provisions of this law are applied to beneficiaries of works in rural and forestry.

(3) In case of application of provisions of this law any kinds of discrimination based on the protected signs established by the Law on ensuring equality No. 121/2012 are prohibited.".

2. In Article 2:

state the concept "register of accounting of time-workers" of the following edition:

"The register of accounting of time-workers (further - the Register of accounting) - the electronic register of accounting integrated into the information system "e-Zilier", intended for registration of time-workers, provision of vouchers by it, and also monitoring of the work performed by them and creation of the reporting under it;";

after the concept "payment of the time-worker" to add Article with concepts of the following content:

"the information system "e-Zilier" (further - IS "e-Zilier") - the state information system intended for accounting of work of time-workers in the Register of accounting;

the digital voucher for the time-worker (further - the digital voucher) - the electronic document created in the Register of accounting and provided by the beneficiary to the time-worker, confirming daily payment and containing unique number IS "e-Zilier" for each day of performance of work;".

3. 3, 5 and 9 to state Articles in the following edition:

"Article 3. Areas of accomplishment of accidental

unskilled works

The odd unskilled works listed in Sections 01 and 02 of the Qualifier of types of economic activity of Moldova can be carried out only in rural and forestry.";
