About modification of some orders of the Government (regarding development fund management)
Based on article 41 of the Law No. 181/2014 on public finance and budget and tax responsibility (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 223-230, 519), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In appendices No. 2 and 3 to the Order of the Government No. 152/2022 about approval of the Regulations on management of financial resources of National fund of regional and local development (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, No. 78, of the Art. 207), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1.1. in appendix No. 2:
1.1.1. state Item 23-1 in the following edition:
"23-1. The new offers on large projects of the state capital investments provided for financing by fund are considered, estimated and selected according to the procedure, established in the Regulations on projects of the state capital investments approved by the Order of the Government No. 684/2022.";
1.1.2. state Item 26-1 in the following edition:
"26-1. The new offers on large projects of the state capital investments provided for financing by fund are considered, estimated and selected according to the procedure, established in the Regulations on projects of the state capital investments approved by the Order of the Government No. 684/2022.";
1.2. in appendix No. 3:
1.2.1. 4) of Item 28 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"4) the New offers on large projects of the state capital investments provided for financing by fund are considered, estimated and selected according to the procedure, established in the Regulations on projects of the state capital investments approved by the Order of the Government No. 684/2022.".
2. The regulations on procedure for administration of National ecological fund approved by the Order of the Government No. 711/2022 (2022, Art. No. 343-348, 821), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Item 25-1 of the following content:
