Based on parts (1) and (2) article 108-1 of the Law No. 108/2016 on natural gas (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 193-203, 415), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In Item 6 of the Order of the Government No. 668/2022 on creation and maintenance of reserve stocks of natural gas (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2022, No. 305, Art. 750), with subsequent changes, to replace the text of "50 million CBM" with the text of "56,3 of one million CBM".
2. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Department of Energy.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
