About modification of the Order of the Government No. 557/2013 about approval of the Framework regulations on the organization of activities of the communal intermediary

Based on the part Item y 1) (2) article 14 of the Law No. 436/2006 on local public authority (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 32-35, 116), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 557/2013 about approval of the Framework regulations on the organization of activities of the communal intermediary, (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 152-158, 651), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1.1. in the name and in Item 1 of the resolution of the word "The Framework Provision" in any grammatical form to replace with the word "Provision" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.2. in the Provision:

1.2.1. in the name, in all text, and also in signature stamp of appendix of the word "The Framework Provision" in any grammatical form to replace with the word "Provision" in the corresponding grammatical form;

1.2.2. state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. The position of the communal intermediary is established by the decision of local council of administrative and territorial unit of the first level according to the part Item y 1) (2) article 14 of the Law No. 436/2006 on local public authority.

In the course of the analysis of need of organization of this function the body of local public authority can request the advisory proceeding of the Agency of the interethnic relations for ensuring uniform application public the politician in the field of integration of the ethnic population of rums.

The number of persons of the ethnic population of rums is established based on official data, including based on the staticized Report on mapping of settlements of the Republic of Moldova with high density of accommodation of rums.";
