About modification of Item 27 of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of the social benefit approved by the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008
Based on part (3) article 10 of the Law No. 133/2008 on social benefit (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, the Art. 625), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government
1. In Item 27 of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of the social benefit approved by the Order of the Government No. 1167/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 189, of the Art. 1173), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1.1. the subitem g) after the text "to add the financial resources provided in the form of the one-time help" with the text", and also other payments, allowances or surcharges of one-time or non-periodic nature which are not the permanent monthly income of family, provided according to regulations for the purpose of social protection of needy persons / families";
1.2. add with the subitem j) the following content:
"j) the allowance in the form of fixed amount to the size of the public social benefit to children with the heavy, expressed and average limited opportunities aged to 18 years according to Item c) article 8 of the Law No. 499/1999 on the public social benefits to some categories of citizens.".
2. When calculating the comprehensive average monthly income of family the allowance in fixed amount to the public social benefit to children with the heavy, expressed or average limited opportunities aged to 18 years provided in Item c) article 8 of the Law No. 499/1999 on the public social benefits to some categories of citizens, since June 1, 2026 is not considered.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
