About modification of the Order of the Government No. 743/2024 about quality assurance in construction
Based on part (6) Article 129 and part (1) article 338 of the Town-planning and construction code No. 434/2023 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024,№41-44, 61), with subsequent changes, the Government DECIDES: the Art.
1. In the Order of the Government No. 743/2024 about quality assurance in construction (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 502-505, 918), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1.1. in appendix No. 1:
1.1.1. add with Items 7-1 and 7-2 of the following content:
"7-1. The certified specialist cannot perform at the same time within the same construction object several functions, such as: the technical expert checking projects, the designer, the head of construction responsible for technical supervision, the author of estimate documentation and also to perform mutual check or approval of works.
7-2. If the certificate of certification is valid, and the certified specialist changed the e-mail address and / or phone number, the last shall notify within 10 days public organization "Bureau on Arrangement of the Territory, Town Planning, Construction and Housing" on change of contact information.";
1.1.2. in Item 14:
1.1.2.1. to add the prolog after the words "through single window" with the text", by means of electronic means or by e-mail";
1.1.2.2. add subitem 14.2 with the words "including the diplomas issued by authorized educational institutions of member states of the European Union";
1.1.2.3. state subitem 14.6 in the following edition:
"14.6. confirmation of the experience which is available in the area declared for certification according to provisions of subitems 35. 2, 37. 2, 41. 2, 43.2 and 46.2;";
1.1.3. add with the subitem of 141 following contents:
