About declaration as socially useful works of national value of works on development of regional infrastructure of waste management

Based on Item k) parts (1) and parts (3) Articles 5, and also Item a) parts (1) article 6 of the Law on expropriation for the socially useful purposes No. 488/1999

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. 1. - Proclaim socially useful works of national value of work on development of regional infrastructure of waste management, the waste managements exercised at the national level in all regions which include works on construction of Management Sectional Centers as waste and reloading stations.

Art. 2. - Stipulated in Article 1, treat the objects of permanent or temporary expropriation determined according to feasibility statements and necessary for performance of works:

1) the real estate units which are in private property or in public property of administrative and territorial units, relating to works, stipulated in Article 1, and located behind line and/or within the following settlements:

a) the region of waste management (further - RUO) No. 1 - municipium Kakhul, Kaniya's commune of the area Kantemir, the city of Tarakliya, municipium Comrat;

b) No. 2 RUO - the cities of Chimishliya, Leova and Yargara, the village of Selkutsa of the area Keushen, the village of Feshtelitsa of the area Stefan Wode;

c) No. 4 RUO - the village Sherpen of the area Aneny Noy, the village of Bolohang of the area Orkhey, municipium of Hynchesht and Streshen, the village Kostesht of the area Yaloven, municipium of Chisinau;

d) No. 5 RUO - the commune Floritsoaya Veke of the area Ungen, the village Nishkan of the area Kelerash, the city of Nisporen;

e) No. 7 RUO - the commune Bilicheny Noy of the area Syndzherey, the city of Ryshkan, the village of Red-Chereshnovets and Hristich of the area of Forty, municipiums of Forty, the village Parkan of the area Sholdenesht;

f) No. 8 RUO - the cities of Dondushen and Brichen, municipium Edinets;

2) right to use or other corporeal rights to the real estate units specified in Item 1) which are subject to use during accomplishment of construction works.
