About modification of some regulations (strengthening of mechanisms of fight against corruption, financial crime and organized crime)
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Items 7) and 7-1) articles 132-4 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to state in the following edition:
"7) establishment of the crimes carried to its competence according to the Code of penal procedure No. 122/2003;
71) implementation of criminal prosecution concerning the crimes carried to its competence according to the Code of penal procedure No. 122/2003;".
Art. II. - In the Law on the National center for fight against corruption No. 1104/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 209-211, 683), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In part (1) Article 11 of the word "and corruption acts", shall be replaced with words ", corruption acts and acts of financial nature,".
2. In Item d) Article 3 of the word "preventions of corruption in comparison with methods of fight against it;" shall be replaced with words "preventions in comparison with fight methods;".
3. In part (1) Article 5:
Items a) and c) to state in the following edition:
"a) the prevention, identification, investigation of the acts of corruption adjacent to corruption of the acts, corruption acts, acts of financial nature and other crimes carried to its competence and fight against them;";
"c) carrying out operational, tactical and strategic analysis in competences of the Center;";
in Item d) "accused of making of corruption crimes" to exclude words;
in Item h) words "program documents in the field of integrity and fight against corruption," shall be replaced with words "program documents in the field of integrity, preventions of fraud and corruption and fight against them,".
