About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2006 No. 1149

Based on part two of item 4 of article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 13, 2023 "About change of the laws concerning social servicing and social payments" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 318-Z

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for appointment and allowance payment on care of the disabled person of the I group or person which reached 80-year age approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 6, 2006 No. 1149, the following changes:

in Item 6 part two:

after paragraph two to add part with the paragraph of the following content:

"pass the public civil service without execution of an employment agreement according to the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 1, 2022 No. 175-Z "About public service", except for persons which are on child care leave before achievement of age by it 3 years;";

paragraphs the ninth and tenth to add with words ", except for persons which are on child care leave before achievement of age by it 3 years";

the twelfth or fourteenth to add paragraphs with words ", except for mothers, the father, the guardian (custodian) performing care of the disabled person since the childhood of the I group and not being disabled people of the I group";

in Item 10:

add part one with words ", except for the case provided in part two of this Item";

after part one to add Item with part of the following content:

"The attendance allowance for the disabled person since the childhood of the I group needing permanent care is appointed from the date of establishment to it disability of the I group for the first time if the request for this benefit followed no later than 1 month from the date of execution of the corresponding conclusion of MREK.";
