About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 23, 2024 No. 1869

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

Bring in the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 23, 2024 No. 1869 "About establishment of prohibition on implementation of mining of digital currency (including participation in mining-bullet) in certain subjects of the Russian Federation and in the separate territories of subjects of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 53, Art. 8699; 2025, No. 15, Art. 1882; 2026, No. 12, Art. 1437) following changes:

a) add Item 2 with the subitem "g" of the following content:

"d) in the territories specified in Items 14 - the 16th list, - from August 15, 2026 to December 31, 2032";

b) to add appendix to the specified resolution with Items 14 - 16 following contents:

"14. City of Moscow.

15. Moscow region.

16. Municipal districts Belovsky, Bolshesoldatsky, Glushkovsky, Korenevsky, Lgovsky, Rylsky, Sudzhansky and Homutovsky, city district city of Lgov of Kursk region.".
