About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 27, 2014 No. 509 and of April 23, 2026 No. 195
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. thirty third subitem 2.3-1 of Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 27, 2014 No. 509 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" after the word "payment" to add the paragraph with the words "or application of release from";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2026 No. 195 "About utilization":
in Item 3:
parts the first, the third, fifth, seventh and paragraph two of part eight after the word "payment" to add with the words "or application of release from";
add Item with part of the following content:
"The rates of utilization collection provided in appendix Item 7 2, are applied to the vehicles and chassis alienated out of limits of the Republic of Belarus and afterwards imported (imported) into the Republic of Belarus, on condition of availability of approval of the Industry ministry received in the procedure established by it.";
the fourth item 4 after the word "payment" to add part with the words "or application of release from";
in appendix 2 to this resolution:
state Item 6 in the following edition:
