- in case of acquisition of the vehicles made by OSOO "DT Technician" for state bodies, local government bodies, the state and municipal companies, and also business entities with the state share of 50% and more, and also the staff of the state bodies and their territorial (subordinated) subdivisions financed from the republican budget, the staff of the local government bodies and subordinated organizations financed from the local budget and also workers of the social budget sphere financed from republican and local budgets;

- in case of acquisition of the vehicles made by JSC Shumkar Multinational Corporation for state bodies, local government bodies, the state and municipal companies, business entities with the state share of 50% and more, the business entities performing the state tasks;
