Bring in part II of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 6, the Art. 226) the following changes:
Item 2 of Article 929 to state 1) in the following edition:
"2. Compulsory insurance is performed at the expense of the insurer. Cases when compulsory insurance is performed at the expense of the third parties can be provided in the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of compulsory insurance.";
2) the offer first of part one of Article 933 to state in the following edition: "The insurer has no right to disclose the information about the insurer, insured person and the beneficiary received by him as a result of the professional activity, about property status of these persons, and in case of personal insurance - as well about condition of their health, except as specified, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of insurance and the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of counteraction to financing of terrorist activities and to laundering (legalization) of the criminal income.";
Item 2 of Article 947 to state 3) in the following edition:
"2. For joint insurance of large and especially large risks co-insurers can create particular partnerships (insurance pools) on the basis of cooperation agreement if other is not stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of insurance.".
