Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national social insurance" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 7, the Art. 85) the following change:

"Article 1. Scope of this Law
This Law is applied by transfer by agreement of the parties for consideration of reference tribunal of the disputes following from the investment, civil and commercial legal relations arising from transactions, agreements, agreements or other legally significant circumstances.
Regulations of this Law are applied to the relations arising within the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status in the part which is not settled and not contradicting the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the special financial investment territory of "Tamchy" with particular legal regime and the status" and to the acts following from the specified Law.
