I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Provision on the organization and conducting financial accounting by the organizations of the sector of public administration" of January 22, 2024 No. 1-P the following change:
in the Provision on the organization and conducting financial accounting by the organizations of the sector of public administration approved by the above-stated order:

"312. In case of the conclusion of the contract (agreement):

2) on delivery of the goods, performance of works connected with acquisition of raw materials and materials to purchase of medicines and medical products through the organizations (representations) founded by the United Nations and also training materials for the educational organizations the amount of advance payment is established by the parties in case of the conclusion of the contract (agreement);
