I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Provision on the organization and conducting financial accounting by the organizations of the sector of public administration" of January 22, 2024 No. 1-P the following changes:

"23. In the conditions of complex automation of financial accounting source accounting documents which are absent in base of the automated system are scanned and entered into the automated information system "Centralized Financial Accounting" (further - AIS "TsBU").

Data of source accounting documents are used for forming of registers synthetic and analytics in AIS "TsBU".

At the same time content of indicators in output document forms (memorial orders, cards, sheets, the ledger, the report, etc.) shall conform to the requirements provided by this Provision for source accounting documents and bookkeeping registers.";
