1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Regulations of activities of credit bureaus in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 28, 2016 No. 40/5 the following changes:
in Regulations of activities of the credit bureaus in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
1) in the subitem 3 of Item 29:
- state paragraph two in the following edition:
"The term of archive storage of credit stories shall constitute five years for positive credit information and two years for negative credit information from the date of the last change of information on obligations of the debtor containing in credit history (from the date of repayment/write-off of the credit), except for negative credit information on credit deal which amount is equal or less than thirty thousand som which storage duration constitutes one year from completion date of obligations on it.";
- in paragraph four to replace the word of "five" with the word of "two";
The subitem 5 of Item 38 to state 2) in the following edition:
"5) other data according to the agreement on exchange of credit information.
Do not join in credit history:
- data on obligations of the subject of credit information to pay sum of money from which completion date passed more:
a) five years - for positive credit information;
b) two years - for negative credit information;
