The number of representatives of state bodies and local government bodies as a part of the supervisory board shall not exceed half from total number of members of the supervisory board of autonomous organization. At least one third and no more than two thirds from among representatives of state bodies and local government bodies are constituted by representatives of the body performing functions and powers of the founder of autonomous organization. The number of employee representatives of autonomous organization cannot exceed one quarter of total number of members of the supervisory board of autonomous organization.".
