About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Probation in the Russian Federation"

Bring in the Federal Law of February 6, 2023 No. 10-FZ "About probation in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2023, No. 6, Art. 917; 2025, No. 30, Art. 4388) following changes:
1) Article 11 to add with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. Concerning the persons specified regarding 1 this Article which are called up for military service during mobilization or in wartime in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or who concluded in the mobilization period in the period of warlike situation or in wartime the contract on passing of military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, after their dismissal from military service provisions of article 19.1 of this Federal Law are applied.";
To add 2) with Article 19.1 of the following content:
"Article 19.1. Features of application of post-penitentiary probation concerning separate categories of persons after their dismissal from military service
1. Concerning persons exempted from punishment in the form of the forced labor or the imprisonment which is called up for military service during mobilization or in wartime in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation or which concluded in the mobilization period in the period of warlike situation or in wartime the contract on passing of military service in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and persons specified regarding 2.1 articles 11 of this Federal Law which after dismissal from military service appeared in difficult life situation and need resocialization, social adaptation and social resettlement, the post-penitentiary probation according to the procedure, provided by this Federal Law, with the features established by this Article is applied.
2. Subjects of probation in full realize the powers provided by Chapter 2 of this Federal Law concerning persons specified regarding 1 this Article.
