are punished by penalty at the rate from hundred thousand to three hundred thousand rubles or in the amount of the salary or other income of the convict for the period from one to two years, or deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of two up to five years, or forced labor for a period of up to four years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to five years or without that, or arrest for a period of up to six months, or imprisonment for a period of up to four years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities for a period of up to five years.";
