About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning authorization and management system of suppliers of financial payment services on risk management of the third parties
According to Articles 7, of 15, 55-1, 56 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 15, of 26, of 66, of 81 Law of Ukraine "About payment services", article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and finance companies", for the purpose of enhancement of requirements to management system of the supplier of financial payment services by establishment of requirements for risk management of the third parties of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. The Section X of the Regulations on procedure of authorization of activities of suppliers of financial payment services and limited payment services approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of October 07, 2022 No. 217 (with changes) (further - No. Provision 217), after Item 114 to add with new Item 114-1 of the following content:
"114-1. Internal documents of the supplier of financial payment services on outsourcing shall consider requirements of the Regulations on requirements to management system of the supplier of financial payment services for risk management of the third parties.".
