About entering of amendments into the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. After the words "instead of the provided property" to add part 1 of Article 243 of the Civil code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 1998 (further - the code) with words of "(compensation)".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 288.4 of the code with the new offer of the following content: "Exception of the regulation established by this part are property acquisition cases according to the procedure, established by the law of the Republic of Armenia "About property acquisition for the purpose of providing priority public concerns".".
Article 3. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
