About entering of amendment into the Law "About the Security Market"

Article 1. No. ZR-195 "About the security market" to add part 2 of article 98 of the Law of October 11, 2007 with Item 12 of the following content:
"12) in case of property acquisition according to the procedure, established by the law of the Republic of Armenia "About property acquisition for the purpose of ensuring priority interests of society", provision of the information about him included in the register of owners (nominee holders) of securities, to the authorized body appointed according to the procedure, established by the same law.".
Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
