About entering of amendment into the Law "About State Registration of the Rights to Property"

Article 1. No. ZR-295 "About state registration of the rights to property" to add the law of April 14, 1999 with Article 47.3 of the following content:
"Article 47.3. Features of state registration of the property right of the acquirer to alienable property for the purpose of providing priority public concerns
1. The basis for state registration of the property right of the acquirer based on the agreement signed between the acquirer and the owner according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About property acquisition for the purpose of ensuring preferential interests of society", is the agreement signed between the acquirer and the acquirer and the owner of alienable property, and also persons having other property rights on alienable property (if those are available), which in case of availability of other property rights on alienable property also includes regulations on cancellation of these property rights.
2. In the cases provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About property acquisition for the purpose of ensuring paramount interests of society" the basis for state registration of the property right of the acquirer to alienable property based on introduction by the acquirer of the amount which is subject to compensation is:
1) decision of the government on recognition of priority interest,
2) draft agreement of alienation,
3) the written information provided by the authorized body established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About property acquisition for the purpose of providing priority public concerns" about whether became effective the decision of the government concerning this property and
