About entering of amendment into the Law "About Estimative Activities"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on February 11, 2026

Article 1. No. ZR-189 "About estimative activities" after the words "about compliance to standards of assessment" to add the subitem "an" of Item 7 of part 2 of article 23 of the Law of October 4, 2005 with the new offer of the following content: "The valuation reports of alienable property and property rights on it provided by the law "About Property Acquisition for the purpose of Providing Priority Public Concerns" cannot be subject of professional researches of the professional commission.".

Article 2. This law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
