The word "fivefold" to replace 5) in Item 5 with the word "sevenfold";

To add 6) with Item 6.1 of the following content:

"6.1. For recognition of paternity (motherhood) to foreign citizens.

in thirtyfold size of basic duty";

To add 7) with Items 14 and 15 of the following content:

"14. for registration of the act of adoption of the child by foreign citizens

in three hundredfold size of basic duty

15. for the certificate of availability of record of the act of civil status

in fivefold size of basic duty".
