About entering of amendments into the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add part 1 of Article 83 of the administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013 (further - the code) with Item 1.1 of the following content:
"1. 1) in cases when the administrative act following from the legal relations regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About property acquisition for the purpose of providing priority public concerns" including about state registration of alienable or aloof property or the property right of the acquirer to it is disputed;".
Article 2. To add article 91 of the Code with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. In the disputes following from the legal relations regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About property acquisition for the purpose of providing priority public concerns" including concerning alienable or aloof property or state registration of the property right to it such measure of providing the claim which will lead to prohibition of the activities which are the basis for property acquisition for the purpose of recognition of priority public interest, the decision of the government on recognition of priority public interest, the state registration of the property right of the acquirer or other actions following from to suspension, the termination or obstacle cannot be applied.".
Article 3. To add parts 1 and 2 of article 141 of the Code after the words "dispute legitimacy" with the words "dispute legitimacy of the decisions of the government concerning recognition of priority public interest".
Article 4. Add the code with Chapter 26.1 of the following content:
"CHAPTER 26.1. PRODUCTION ON CASES ON CONTEST OF LEGALITY OF THE DECISION OF THE GOVERNMENT ON RECOGNITION OF PRIORITY PUBLIC INTEREST
Article 200.1. Production on cases on contest of legality of the decision of the government on recognition of priority public interest
