About entering of amendments into the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. After the words "on the disputes connected with purchases" to add part 4 of Article 129 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia of February 9, 2018 (further - the code) with the words "on contest of the amount of compensation for property acquisition provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia " about property acquisition for the purpose of providing priority public concerns " and on the another matters connected with alienation process, alienable or aloof property or registration of the property right to it", and after the words "conclusion or execution" - "will lock, suspension, the termination or hindrance of the activities which are the basis for property acquisition according to the decision of the government on recognition of priority public interest, the actions following from this, registration of the property right of the acquirer or other actions following from this or for the purpose of ensuring priority public interest".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 202 of the code with Item 10 of the following content:
"10) the cases on the amount of compensation for alienable property established by the law of the Republic of Armenia "About property acquisition for the purpose of providing priority public concerns".".
Article 3. Add the code with Chapter 27.4 of the following content:
"CHAPTER 27.4. PRODUCTION ON CASES ON CONTEST OF THE AMOUNT OF COMPENSATION FOR THE ALIENABLE PROPERTY ESTABLISHED BY THE LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA "ABOUT PROPERTY ACQUISITION FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING PRIORITY PUBLIC CONCERNS"
Article 234.19. The disputes connected with contest of the amount of compensation, considered according to the procedure of special claim production and terms of their permission
