1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus of January 13, 2004 No. 3 "About approval of Regulations of pre-trial detention centers of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs":
from word preamble", subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611," to exclude;
in Regulations of the pre-trial detention centers of criminal executive system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs approved by this resolution:
in Item 78 of the word "on September 7, 2004 No. 1111" shall be replaced with words "on October 22, 2025 No. 575";
in the name of Chapter 11 of the word of "cults, rituals and ceremonies" shall be replaced with words "ceremonies, rituals, cults and ceremonies";
in Item 114 of the word "cults, rituals, ceremonies" shall be replaced with words "ceremonies, rituals, cults, ceremonies";
Item 115 after the word of "ceremonies" to add with words "rituals, cults, ceremonies,";
"religious" to exclude the word from Item 116;
