1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following changes and amendments:
in Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in Item 15:
13) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"13) participates in providing the mode of warlike situation, in cases of its introduction in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or in its certain areas, according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on warlike situation;";
add with subitem 13-1) of the following content:
"13-1) warns and performs liquidation of the emergency situations caused by mass riots; international and interfaith conflicts; blockade or occupation of certain areas, especially important and strategic objects; organization and activities of illegal armed groups;";
add with subitems 18-1), 18-2), 18-3), 18-4), 18-5), 18-6), 18-7), 18-8), 18-9), 18-10) and 18-11) of the following content:
"18-1) develops and approves technique of determination of the list and calculation of amounts of the goods necessary for accomplishment of the mobilization order in the respective sphere, in coordination with authorized body in the field of mobilization preparation;
18-2) carries out requirements analysis of the organizations having the mobilization order according to technique of determination of the list and calculation of amounts of the goods necessary for accomplishment of the mobilization order in the respective sphere for forming of the nomenclature and amounts of storage of material values of the state material reserve regarding mobilization reserve;
