I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 26, 2016 No. 350 "About approval of Rules of calculation of length of service in the specialty for civil personnel of military units and organizations, employees of the state companies of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan and establishment by the worker of the percentage allowance for work in Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 14151) the following changes:
in Rules of calculation of length of service in the specialty for civil personnel of military units and organizations, employees of the state companies of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan and establishment by the worker of the percentage allowance for work in Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. The document for determination of length of service in the specialty is the document confirming labor activity of the worker according to Article 35 of the Labor code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan dismissed from military service - the military ID.";
10) of Item 11 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"10) implementation of powers of the deputy of Kurultai of the Republic of Kazakhstan, deputy of maslikhat;".
2. To provide to department of economy and finance of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
