About modification of some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning inheritance of electronic money

"12. In case of the death of the holder of electronic money the right to claim on return of electronic money is included inheritances according to the civil legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
13. The issuer of electronic money shall in case of receipt of request of the notary, the letter of the conforming state body or requirements of heirs (legal successors) or their legal representatives in connection with the death of the holder of electronic money:
1) to stop account transactions with electronic money of the died person;
To provide 2) to heirs (legal successors) or their legal representatives in case of submission of the documents confirming inheritance right (legal succession), stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic by them and also to notaries, authorized officers of foreign organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic in whose production there are heritable cases, information on availability of electronic money, their size and details of the tool (carrier) of electronic money;
3) to provide repayment of electronic money of the died person or their transfer to heirs (legal successors) or their legal representatives based on the documents confirming inheritance right (legal succession), stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic.".
