1. These rules establish procedure for storage, transfer and accounting of digital currency when implementing criminal trial (further - digital currency).
2. Storage, transfer and accounting of digital currency are performed on a grant basis.
3. Functions on stores organization, transfer and accounting of digital currency are performed by credit institution which 100 percent of voting shares are in property of the Russian Federation and also which participates in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation as authorized bank in regulation of the relations arising in case of turnover of digital currency in the Russian Federation (further - the agent).
4. The agent in coordination with Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation and Federal Service for Financial Monitoring attracts the authorized organization determined in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (further - authorized organization) which at the request of the agent provides necessary information (documents) for implementation of functions on stores organization, transfer and accounting of digital currency.
